Central Community College and the University of Nebraska at Kearney are partnering to offer a 2+2 Criminal Justice Pathway. Students can start their criminal justice education at CCC before completing a bachelor’s degree at UNK – with classes conveniently located at Grand Island’s College Park.

The 2+2 plan creates a seamless transition between the partner institutions and provides additional flexibility for transfer students and working professionals to complete a bachelor's degree.

BE PREPARED for a challenging and exciting career in federal, state, county and municipal justice systems. Criminal justice majors also use their degree as a step to graduate school and law school. The curriculum includes specialized courses reflecting current trends in justice in the United States and worldwide.

In classes with low student-to-faculty ratios, you will have access to faculty with both real-life and research experience and have the opportunity to get the most out of each course from exciting applied-learning experiences. Because of this broader comprehensive study in criminal justice, an additional minor is not required to graduate.

Law enforcement professionals may qualify for a tuition discount.
