Please note that enrolling in this portal does not register you for a course—it simply provides access to the necessary forms and resources. Be sure to add the portal to your Canvas dashboard. Official course enrollment through MyBlue will take place later in the process.
Declare intention to enroll
Declare intention to enroll in an internship course in a future semester by submitting an Intent to Intern Form
Deadlines for Business, Aviation, and Cyber internships:
- Fall Semester Internship - August 1
- Spring Semester Internship - November 1
- Summer Semester Internship - March 15
Deadlines for Construction Management and Industrial Distribution internships:
- September 20
- Additional Construction Management Form Required

Company completes Internship Proposal
Student submits Proposal to the Career Center for review before accepting an internship.
Deadlines to submit Proposal:
Spring semester internship - December 1
Summer semester internship - April 15
Fall semester internship - August 15
Attend Internship Expectations Training
Course requirements and procedures will be discussed. Dates TBD.
Enroll in the internship course
Permit issued once above steps are completed.
